Dare Arts invites artists to participate in the first annual Fresh from the Outer Banks plein air event on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina in September. Plein air artists and countless art lovers will gather to celebrate this “open-air” style of painting at this exciting event.
A $70 fee ($60 for Dare Arts Members) entitles each artist to participate in all events, including a Wednesday night social hour in the Dare Arts Courtroom Gallery.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
