In an American desert town in the mid-fifties, the Junior Stargazer Convention

attracts stargazers of different ages. A group of students and their parents visit the town to attend the event. What follows is an unexpected exchange of ideas and experiences that lead to eye-opening revelations. This comedy/drama is directed and written by Wes Anderson (Moonrise Kingdom, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Fantastic Mr. Fox). The

All films will be screened at Dare Arts in Manteo, unless otherwise specified. Doors will open at 6pm and films will start at 6:30pm. Discussion follows the screening. Seating is first come, first serve. The venue is accessible and has an elevator. Outer Banks Film Society Memberships are not refundable and are only available to adults 18 and up.
